There is nothing like living in a brand new home which is tailored to fit you and your family.

Once you decide to build, your next decision is where you want your new home;  The size and number of bedrooms and baths and determining your budget.  Once you know these essentials, it's time to find your builder.  The main 2 things people look for in a Builder is Trust and Value.   You need to know you can trust your builder to follow through to completion, provide quality craftsmanship and good communication.  You need to be confident that your builder will provide you with a great value.  This can be tough, since all builders have different standards. Be sure to cross reference each builder's Standard Features.  

Great!  So you selected a builder and it's time to plan your new home.  As we see it, there are 10 phases of planning, starting with discussions and pricing.  Once all parties agree on basic terms of home features and pricing, a deposit is made and planning begins.  Planning usually takes 1 to 3 months and entails plan adjustments, selection of colors and finishes, creation of a Customer Approved Construction Binder, Construction Loan closes, Plans sent to Engineering, Permits applied for and finally, all plans and construction binder are handed off to the Production Manager.  

Awesome!  Planning is completed and all your hard work is accurately represented and handed off to our Production Team.  Once the building permits are issued, our team prepares the lot for the foundation.  Once property prepped, we pour the foundation slab.  Next we construct the exterior and interior walls and top it off with roof trusses.  After the walls, the Electricians, Plumbers and HVAC contractors add lines in the walls and AC ducts in the attic.  Then comes insulation, followed by sheetrock, texture, trim, then paint. Flooring followed by cabinets, then countertops.  Once the countertops are installed, the Plumbers, Electricians and HVAC contractors add switches, outlets, fixtures, faucets and HVAC equipment. All the while, the exterior finishes get added.  From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused until the job is done. 

After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction before moving in.  We provide a 1 year Builder's Warranty which we service as well as a 10 year structural warranty through 210 Home Buyer's Warranty.
